- 24-80 kW ecological, fully automatic pellet boiler
- is designed for perfect combustion of pellets, with a pellet burner built into the left or right side of the boiler, depending on the customer's needs. The burner fully automatically draws pellets from the fuel tank using a screw conveyor. The fuel tank is usually located next to the boiler or in an adjacent room and can be of any size (standard sizes are 250, 500 or 1000L). Often, part of the boiler room is used as a fuel tank, which is sufficient for the entire heating season.
The operation of the pellet burner is completely automatic. When the burner receives a start command or there is a need for heating, the conveyor feeds pellets into the burner nozzle and ignites them using a heating element (spiral). After the pellets are sufficiently heated, the burner reaches the set power level and remains at that level until the system (house) is heated. The burner then turns off and the pellets in the combustion chamber burn out. The burner is thus ready for a new start. The entire cycle is repeated automatically in the event of further need.
The boiler power and other burner functions are controlled by an electronic control system, which allows the boiler operation to be adapted to specific system conditions. Refilling of pellets, cleaning of the burner combustion chamber and removal of ash are carried out once every 1 – 30 days, depending on the quality of the pellets and the size of the tank.
If required, the boiler can be equipped with an automatic ash removal system with an additional ash bin of 68L or 135L for comfortable heating with minimal maintenance.
