5. Delivery terms
- The goods ordered will be delivered as soon as possible, depending on the availability of the goods in stock and the operational capacity of the seller. Orders are usually processed within 1-3 working days of their confirmation. In the event of a longer delivery time, the seller shall inform the buyer of this fact without delay.
- The place of collection, or the place to which the goods are to be sent, is specified by the buyer when ordering the goods. An order is deemed to have been processed when the goods are received by the buyer. Transport to the delivery address is arranged by the seller. The consignment with the goods always contains a tax document (proof of purchase of the goods) and instructions for use, and a warranty card where applicable.
- The buyer is obliged to accept the goods at the place stated in the order. The seller is obliged to inform the buyer of the delivery date either by e-mail or by telephone. If the buyer refuses to accept the goods from the courier, or if the delivery has to be repeated more than 2 times because the buyer was not present at the place specified in the order, all costs incurred as a result shall be borne by the buyer.
6. Delivery charges
- The buyer selects the method of payment when ordering the goods by marking the chosen option. Guaranteed delivery to the delivery address is within 24 - 48 hours of the goods being dispatched from the DELTASTAV SK warehouse, P. Mudroňa 5, Žilina. Delivery takes place on working days (8-16 h). Shortly before delivery the courier may contact you by telephone so that you can agree on a more precise delivery time. You can pay for the goods by bank transfer in advance to our account or by cash on delivery. The customer is obliged to check the consignment and to accept it only if the outer packaging is not damaged in any way. If the packaging is damaged, you may accept the goods, but you must record your reservations in the consignment note. Immediately after accepting the consignment, inspect the goods and check that the package is complete; if the goods are damaged or the consignment is incomplete, report this fact using our telephone numbers or e-mail address. Complaints about mechanical damage to the product, or about an incomplete consignment, made after the consignment note has been signed and not reported immediately, within 12 hours at the latest, will not be taken into account, owing to the carrier's conditions of carriage!
You can also collect the goods in person at our warehouse in Žilina, by prior arrangement by telephone. - The seller has the right to withdraw from the sale or from the transport in the event of an incorrect price caused by an error on the part of a programmer or a clerk.
7. Warranty, complaints and service
- The warranty period is 24 months from the date of conclusion of the purchase contract, unless a different warranty period is specified for particular cases, and it runs from the date on which the goods are received and the necessary documents relating to the goods are confirmed by an authorised person.
- The buyer is obliged to lodge a complaint with the seller without delay, immediately after discovering the defect; otherwise the buyer's right to have the defect remedied by the seller free of charge lapses.
- The buyer has the right to make a warranty claim with the seller only in respect of goods which show defects caused by the manufacturer, the supplier or the seller, which are covered by the warranty and which were purchased from the seller.
- During the warranty period the buyer has the right to have the defect remedied free of charge upon presenting the goods, including accessories, documentation and instructions, to an authorised representative of the seller together with proof of payment or, where applicable, the warranty card, and a brief description of the defect.
- The right to warranty lapses if the defect arose through mechanical damage to the product caused by the buyer, through improper handling of the product, through failure to report obvious defects upon receipt of the goods, through use of the goods in conditions whose humidity or chemical and mechanical effects do not correspond to the natural environment of the goods, through neglect of care of the goods, through damage to the goods by excessive loading, or through use contrary to the conditions stated in the documentation, to general principles, technical standards or safety regulations, or through any other breach of the warranty conditions. Defects caused by a natural disaster and by the expiry of the warranty period of the goods are also excluded from the warranty. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of items (or of their parts) caused by use. A shorter service life of a product therefore cannot be regarded as a defect and cannot be the subject of a complaint.
- The product complained about must be sent back by post or, in the case of oversized goods, by courier service, to the address of our shop, unless the seller specifies otherwise. We also accept products complained about in person at the shop.
- The seller or a designated person shall issue the buyer with a confirmation that the complaint about the goods has been lodged, in a suitable form chosen by the seller, e.g. in the form of an e-mail or in writing. If the confirmation cannot be delivered immediately, it must be delivered without undue delay, but no later than together with the document on the handling of the complaint.
- The seller is obliged to determine the manner in which the complaint will be handled within 3 days of the start of the complaints procedure (the day on which the goods complained about are received) or, in justified cases, in particular where a complex technical assessment of the condition of the goods is required, no later than 30 days from the start of the complaints procedure. Once the manner of handling the complaint has been determined, the seller or a designated person shall handle the complaint immediately; in justified cases the complaint may also be handled later. However, the handling of the complaint must not take longer than 30 days from the date on which the complaint was lodged. After the period for handling the complaint has expired, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract or the right to have the goods exchanged for new goods.
- The customer may make a warranty claim at the address DELTASTAV s.r.o., P. Mudroňa 5, Žilina 010 01
