Delivery

In our online shop we offer several methods of delivery for the goods ordered, 

from which you select your preferred one in the shopping basket:

 

1. Courier service - suitable for all types of consignments, 
provided by an external carrier; delivery is usually on the day after we dispatch the goods.
The courier will telephone you in advance to check that you are at the delivery address and able to accept the goods. 
With this method of delivery you can pay online by card in advance, by bank transfer, or by cash on delivery directly upon receipt of the goods. 

 

2. Collection in person - all orders
can be collected from our shop at the company's address in Žilina, once you have been sent a notification that the order is ready for collection. 
With this method of delivery you can pay online by card in advance, by bank transfer, or in cash or by card directly at the shop. 

 

3.  Packeta, pick-up point -  the best-value option for smaller consignments up to 5 kg.
You can choose a pick-up point anywhere in Slovakia and also in the Czech Republic.
With this method of delivery you can pay online by card in advance or by bank transfer.

 

4. Packeta -  EU delivery to an address - a delivery method used for selected countries of the European Union, for consignments up to 5 kg only.  
With this method of delivery you can pay online by card in advance, by bank transfer, or by cash on delivery directly upon receipt of the goods.

  

5. Goods that are more difficult to transport, whether because of their heavy weight, large volume or material
( e.g. solar sets, panels, system boards and heavy solid fuel boilers ) are delivered by our own transport
and in such cases we always call you and agree individually on the delivery options, price, time and payment.
Marked in the delivery options as "Individual transport, price from"
