- 4-19.5 kW ecological, fully automatic pellet boiler

- ATMOS D21P COM is delivered as a complete unit with stainless steel piping (boiler circuit with a 70°C thermostat valve + one pump group with a 3-way valve without a servomotor) and with the ATMOS A25 pellet burner.

- the boiler is designed for perfect combustion of pellets, with a pellet burner built into the left or right side of the boiler, according to the customer's needs. The burner fully automatically draws pellets from the fuel tank using a screw conveyor. The fuel tank is usually placed next to the boiler or in an adjacent room and can be of any size (standard 250, 500 or 1000L). Often, part of the boiler room is used as a fuel tank, which is sufficient for the entire heating season.
Operation of the pellet burner runs fully automatically. If the burner receives a start command or if there is a need to heat, the conveyor feeds the pellets into the burner nozzle and ignites them with a heating element (spiral). After sufficient heating of the pellets, the burner reaches the set power and remains at that level until the system (house) is heated. Then the burner turns off and the pellets in the burner chamber burn out. The burner is thus ready for a new start. The whole cycle is repeated automatically in the case of further need.
The boiler power and other functions of the burner are controlled by an electronic control system, which allows the boiler operation to be adapted to specific conditions of the entire system. Refilling of pellets, cleaning of the burner combustion chamber and removal of ash is carried out once every 1–30 days, depending on the quality of the pellets and the size of the tank.
In case of need, the boiler can be equipped with an automatic ash removal system for comfortable heating with minimal maintenance.
