Plastic-aluminum pipe is suitable for heating and floor heating:
- contains an internal oxygen barrier that prevents oxygen from entering the heating system, which could later cause corrosion of the materials in the heating system
- can be connected using brass threaded or crimp fittings
The pipe itself consists of an inner and outer layer of cross-linked polyethylene and aluminum /PE-xb / Al / PE-xb/
Thanks to the smooth inner surface of the cross-linked polyethylene, it has low pressure loss and is not prone to limescale buildup.
