- for the removal of iron, manganese and water softening IVAR DEFEMN CR1

Device intended for water treatment. The filter captures iron, manganese, ammonium ions and total water hardness. Suitable for family homes, smaller offices and buildings with total water consumption up to 2m3/24h. 

It consists of an electronic control head, a glass-fibre pressure vessel with an ion exchange resin and a brine solution container with a float valve. The ratio of substance removal directly affects the capacity of the filters. For regeneration of the resin, regeneration salt GEL.SUL C.S. is used, and once a year (depending on water quality), it is recommended to carry out resin cleaning using cleaning agent CR CLEAR.

Warning: the system must be equipped according to the technical catalogue of IVAR CS spol. s.r.o. (flexible connection, pressure gauges, sampling valves, etc.) and further according to specific conditions at the installation site (e.g. pressure reducing valve, mechanical dirt filter, power failure alarm, etc.). In any case, it must be considered that the device must be connected to a sewer drain in order to automatically discharge the captured contaminants from the filter during regeneration! We recommend to consult the choice of the appropriate type of filtration device with a technician from IVAR CS.
