- 40kW ecological wood gasification boiler – DREVOPLYN with exhaust fan and cooling loop

It is designed for wood combustion based on the principle of gasification using an exhaust fan (S), which extracts flue gases from the boiler.

The boiler body is constructed as a welded unit made of high-quality steel sheets with a thickness of 3 to 8 mm. It includes a fuel hopper (6 mm thick), which is equipped with a gasification nozzle with a longitudinal opening for the passage of flue gases and gases at the bottom. The combustion chamber below it is fitted with ceramic refractory bricks for ideal combustion of all combustible substances with high efficiency and environmentally friendly burning. At the rear part of the boiler body, there is a vertical flue channel, which is equipped with a firebox door at the top. The upper part of the flue channel is also equipped with an exhaust collar for connection to a chimney.
