- 40kW wood-burning gasification boiler DREVOPLYN STANDARD with automatic ignition and electronic control AC32

It is designed for burning wood using the principle of gasification with the use of an exhaust fan (S), which extracts flue gases from the boiler.
The boiler body is made as a welded construction from high-quality steel sheets of thickness 3 to 8 mm. It includes a fuel hopper (6 mm thick), which is equipped with a gasification nozzle with a longitudinal opening for the passage of flue gases and gases at the bottom. The afterburning chamber below it is equipped with ceramic refractory bricks for ideal combustion of all combustible substances with high efficiency and environmentally friendly combustion. In the rear part of the boiler body is a vertical flue channel, which is equipped with a firebox door at the top. The upper part of the flue channel is equipped with an exhaust collar for connection to a chimney. 

Automatic ignition is used for immediate or scheduled boiler start-up according to a time program (e.g. before returning home or arriving at a cottage), or according to the temperature of the storage tank. Fuel ignition is very fast (approx. 5 minutes) and allows you to arrive "in warmth".
Easy and quick start-up is ensured by an ignition coil using a small amount of pellets (a handful).
Between the upper and lower doors is an embedded device for automatic wood ignition (chamber with a 500W heating coil). During ignition, high-quality wooden pellets are used to fill the chamber. The amount of pellets corresponds to the size of a shovel, which is part of the boiler delivery.

Note: This boiler is also available in a classic version without automatic ignition ATMOS DC40SX, or also in a version with built-in thermostatic control ACD04 with touch display ATMOS DC40SX REG (without automatic ignition).
