- 24-80 kW ecological, fully automatic pellet boiler
The boiler is fully equipped in the base:
- automatic ash removal from the combustion chamber and rear heat exchanger, additional ash container with a volume of 160L and pneumatic cleaning of the rear tube heat exchanger
- is designed for perfect combustion of pellets, so a pellet burner is built into the left or right side of the boiler, according to the customer's needs, which fully automatically takes pellets from the fuel tank via a screw conveyor. The fuel tank is usually located next to the boiler or in an adjacent room and can be of any size (standard 250, 500 or 1000L). Often, part of the boiler room is also used as a fuel tank, which is sufficient for the entire heating season.
The operation of the pellet burner runs completely automatically. If the burner receives a start command or there is a need to heat, the conveyor feeds the pellets into the burner nozzle and ignites them with a heating element (spiral). After sufficient heating of the pellets, the burner reaches the set power and remains at that level until the system (house) is heated. Then the burner turns off and the pellets in the burner chamber burn out. The burner is thus ready for a new start. The whole cycle is repeated in the case of further need.
