Kit UCP45S for burner ATMOS A 45

As an accessory for each pellet boiler DxxP produced after 1.3.2007, it is possible to purchase an automatic ash removal system from the boiler body to an additional external ash container. This automatic ash removal device does not require any special operation and increases the comfort of pellet heating.

The ash removal takes place completely automatically using a screw conveyor with a gearbox, which removes the ash from the chamber under the burner at regular intervals of 1, 3, 6, 12 or 24 hours, depending on the setting for the specific fuel. Automatic ash removal can be manually activated when needed by simply turning the switch on the boiler off and on again. The size of the ash container is selected after careful consideration based on the ash content of the fuel.
When the additional ash container is completely full, the ash removal device (screw conveyor) is automatically switched off and the ash removal module begins to emit an acoustic signal. To restart the operation after cleaning the external ash container (removing it), simply turn the switch on the boiler off and on again for 5 to 10 seconds.

Designed for boilers DCxxS, DCxxRS, CxxS(T), ACxxS and DC50S (burner A 45).

Kit contents:

• connecting air hose of length 1 m (DN 28 mm) with 3/4" coupling and control solenoid valve
• new plate (holder) of the ignition coil
• new combustion chamber
• pneumatic cleaning channel with a locking nut and washer
• module AD04 for a special function of the boiler fan
• module AD03 for controlling the fan and compressor via the spare output R, R2
• special metal cover under the flap with a closing shutter

NOTE: The basic kit without a compressor is selected only if you own a compressor with an air tank volume of 5 to 10 L, which can reach a pressure of 5 – 8 bar (500 – 800 kPa). The compressor or air tank must be in the immediate vicinity of the boiler and the basic pipe diameter must be observed.
