Kit CP45S for burner ATMOS A 45

This is a device designed for cleaning the combustion chamber of burners ATMOS A 25 and ATMOS A 45 when using lower quality pellets, which produce clinkers as a result of the bark content and other impurities in the pellets. The device ensures automatic cleaning, removal of clinkers and ash from the burner chamber at regular intervals or after each afterburning of the burner, in combination with the pellet burner. Pneumatic cleaning of the burner is very fast, effective and reliable. In the case where the customer requires that cleaning does not take place at night, it is necessary to purchase special switching hours (it is not possible to use standard switching hours available in stores). The device is sold as a kit for retrofitting pellet burners ATMOS A 25 or ATMOS A 45. Burner ATMOS A 85 is always delivered with pneumatic cleaning already included.

Kit for pellet boilers with exhaust fan CP45S for burner A 45 (basic kit)

For boilers: D 20 P, DCxxSP(X), CxxSP (burner A 25),  D 30 P, D 31 P, D 40 P, D 50 P (burner A 45).

Kit contents:

• connecting air hose of 1 m length (DN 28 mm) with 3/4" coupling and control solenoid valve
• new igniter coil mounting plate
• new combustion chamber
• pneumatic cleaning channel with locking nut and washer
• module AD02 for compressor control for spare output R, R2

NOTE: We choose the basic kit without a compressor only if we already own a compressor with an air tank volume of 5 to 10 L, which can achieve a pressure of 5 – 8 bar (500 – 800 kPa). The compressor or air tank must be in close proximity to the boiler and the basic pipe diameter must be observed.
