Kit CP25KGSP for burner ATMOS A 25

This is a device intended for cleaning the combustion chamber of burners ATMOS A 25 and ATMOS A 45 when using lower quality pellets, which may result in clinkers due to the content of bark and other impurities in the pellets. The device ensures, in combination with a pellet burner, automatic cleaning, removal of clinkers and ash from the burner chamber at regular intervals or after each afterburning of the burner. Pneumatic cleaning of the burner is very fast, effective and reliable. In the case that the customer requires that cleaning does not take place at night, it is necessary to purchase special switching hours (it is not possible to use standard switching hours available in stores). The device is sold as a kit for retrofitting pellet burners ATMOS A 25 or ATMOS A 45. Burner ATMOS A 85 is always delivered with pneumatic cleaning already included.

Kit for pellet boilers with exhaust fan

For boilers: DC18SP, DC25SP, DC30SPX, DC32SP, C18SP, C25SP- from serial number 343500 (boiler and burner with servomotor, burner A25)

Kit contents:

• connecting air hose of length 1 m (DN 28 mm) with 3/4" thread and control solenoid valve
• new igniter coil mounting plate
• new combustion chamber
• pneumatic cleaning channel with locking nut and washer
• module AD02 (to be installed in the boiler) for controlling the boiler exhaust fan module AD04 via the burner electronics terminal VV(15) and compressor

Extended kit including compressor 1500W and air bleed volume 6.0 L.
