Fabric pellet silo:
ATZ 5 with accessories has a volume of 4.4 - 5.5 m3 and contains 2.9 – 3.6 t of pellets. Dimensions: 1960 x 1960 mm and height is 2320 mm.
ATZ 6 with accessories has a volume of 5.3 - 6.5 m3 and contains 3.5 – 4.2 t of pellets. Dimensions: 1960 x 2360 mm and height is 2320 mm.
ATZ 7 with accessories has a volume of 6.3 - 7.9 m3 and contains 4.1 – 5.1 t of pellets. Dimensions: 2360 x 2360 mm and height is 2320 mm.
Accessories: universal container for fabric silos ATZ, 2 x STORZ A110, fastening, etc.
Large fabric silos are intended for convenient storage of pellets for the heating season. The silo can be placed directly in the boiler room or in an adjacent area. Another option is to place the silo in an enclosed outdoor space to protect it from sunlight, rain, wind and excessive humidity. ATZ silos are designed for pneumatic filling of pellets from a tanker. For this purpose, they are equipped with two STORZ A110 flanges, which can be installed on any two sides. The fabric silo is also equipped with two openings through which the silo can be manually filled from bags or big bags. The delivery also includes a universal container located at the bottom of the silo, which is equipped with a pneumatic probe for pneumatic pellet transport or a flange allowing pellets to be drawn by a screw conveyor (type DAxxxx and DRA50) to the burner A 25 or A 45 and A 85. In these cases, we recommend using a conveyor length of at least 2.5 m; 3; 4; or 5 m. The silo is designed as a steel structure ensuring easy assembly, in which a fabric bag made of durable material with a special internal treatment is suspended to reduce the penetration of moisture into the pellet storage area. No special floor modifications are required before installing the silo. Only the useful load of the ceiling structure should be considered. Silos are produced in three sizes of usable space: 5.5; 6.5, and 7.9 m3. The type of silo or the number of pellet refills can be determined as follows: 1 kW of required power = 0.5 m3 (325 kg) of pellets / year.
Universal container is equipped with a pneumatic probe and an exchangeable reducer allowing direct pellet intake by a screw conveyor from the fabric silo. A closing mechanism and a cleaning opening are included.
NOTE! It is part of each ATZ silo, and must be purchased separately in case of replacement.
