The boiler and burner are equipped with the function of automatic closing or opening of the air supply to the boiler / burner using a servo motor when heating with wood or pellets. The boilers are equipped with an exhaust gas temperature sensor AGF2 and a boiler temperature sensor KTF20 for the function of automatic ignition of the burner after wood has burned out. They are also equipped with two sensors (TV and TS) KTF 20 for controlling the burner according to two temperatures on the storage tank. The whole set is therefore sold in maximum equipment for fully automatic operation and easy installation "plug and play".

- suitable for high-quality white pellets from softwood without bark with a diameter of 6 - 8 mm, length of 10 - 25 mm and calorific value of 16 - 19 MJ/kg. An advantage of the burner is automatic fuel ignition using a heating coil, which ignites the pellets whenever heating is required. The burner and boiler thus operate at full power with the highest efficiency of 85 to 90% and the best combustion quality. Unlike many competing products, which do not have ignition devices and must always maintain a glowing layer in the combustion chamber.

Such low-power operation, when the exhaust gas temperature drops below 100 °C, causes condensation of soot and acids in the combustion chamber and chimney. This results in lower efficiency, higher fuel consumption, worse combustion quality, more soot accumulation in the boiler and more frequent cleaning. With our products, ash removal is performed every 7 to 30 days, depending on the quality of the fuel and the boiler power. Burners are not suitable for dark pellets.

In case you want to burn lower quality wooden pellets, equip the burner with a pneumatic cleaning system.

Ideal burner control is based on two sensors (TV and TS) on the buffer tank. The control unit heats up the buffer tank completely automatically and ensures sufficient energy for the heating system at all times. This method of connection will save fuel, electrical energy and increase the lifespan of the pellet burner.

The electronic control unit of the burner also controls the boiler exhaust fan, the pump in the boiler circuit and/or the solar system.

The electronic unit of the burner allows the operation of the burner to be controlled using four sensors, so that if the sensor on the solar panel detects that it is advantageous to heat the buffer tank with energy from the solar collector, it ensures regulation of the burner charging the tank with energy from pellets only up to the level of the sensor TK (TS2), which is located in the tank between the sensors TS and TV.

The operation of the burner works as follows. If the burner receives a start command, or if there is a need to heat, the conveyor will feed the pellets into the burner throat and the heating coil will ignite them itself. After sufficient heating of the pellets, the burner will start at the set power and will remain at that power until the system is heated. Then the burner will turn off and the pellets in the combustion chamber will burn out. The whole cycle is repeated automatically in case of further need. The boiler power and other functions of the burner are controlled by the electronic regulation of the burner, which allows the boiler operation to be adapted to specific conditions of the entire system.

The burner allows a large number of individual settings described in the operating instructions.
