Protherm Production manufactures a wide range of boilers and water heating appliances. These include wall-hung and floor-standing condensing boilers, electric boilers, electric water heaters and indoor units for heat pumps. The plant in Skalica makes products of the following brands:

Production in the refurbished premises of the company’s current headquarters dates back to 2000, when three production lines turned out 51,000 finished products a year. Over time, production grew steadily to its present scale. New projects were added and new production lines were built. Today the Skalica plant makes more than 710,000 products a year. The wide range of appliances is manufactured for countries in Europe, Asia and Africa. The largest export markets are Germany, Russia, Belgium, Turkey and Italy.

Protherm Production uses state-of-the-art electronic work procedures, thanks to which heating appliances are relatively easy to assemble on the lines. Work instructions on LCD screens guide employees through the entire assembly process in both text and pictures. This intelligent electronic system makes production easier and helps to avoid mistakes. If the wrong component is used, it alerts us and stops assembly of the product on the line.
