- 70kW ecological gasification boiler for wood - WOODGAS with blower and cooling circuit
It is designed for burning wood using the principle of gasification with the use of a blower that injects combustion air into the boiler.
The boiler body is made as a welded structure from high-quality steel sheets of thickness 3 to 8 mm. It includes a fuel hopper (6 mm), which is equipped with a gasification nozzle with a longitudinal opening for the passage of flue gases and vapours in the lower part. The afterburning chamber below it is equipped with ceramic refractory bricks for ideal combustion of all combustible substances with high efficiency and environmentally friendly combustion. In the rear part of the boiler body is a vertical flue gas channel, which is equipped with a firebox door at the top. The upper part of the flue gas channel is equipped with a flue collar for connection to a chimney.
