- 40kW wood-burning gasification boiler – GENERATOR COMFORT with automatic ignition and ACD04 ecotermic control with touch display 

– the Generator type features a special combustion chamber lined with ceramic blocks on both sides; in the lower part it has holes for the supply of preheated primary air, a gasification nozzle with holes for the supply of secondary air and a lower combustion chamber with a spherical ceramic space. It is designed for burning wood on the gasification principle, using an exhaust fan (S) that draws the flue gases out of the boiler.

The boiler body is made as a welded construction from high-quality steel sheets of thickness 3 to 8 mm. It includes a fuel hopper (6 mm thick), which is equipped with a gasification nozzle with a longitudinal hole for the passage of flue gases and gases in the lower part. The afterburning space below it is equipped with ceramic blocks for ideal combustion of all combustible substances with high efficiency and environmentally friendly combustion. In the rear part of the boiler body is a vertical flue channel, which is equipped with a defrosting flap in the upper part. The upper part of the flue channel is equipped with an exhaust collar for connection to a chimney.  

Automatic ignition is used for immediate or scheduled boiler start-up according to a time program (e.g. before returning home or arriving at a cottage), or according to the temperature of the storage tank. Fuel ignition is very fast (approx. 5 min) and allows you to arrive "in warmth".
Easy and quick start-up is ensured by an ignition coil using a small amount of pellets (a handful).
Between the upper and lower doors is built-in automatic wood ignition device (chamber with a 500W heating coil). During ignition, high-quality wooden pellets are used to fill the chamber. The amount of pellets corresponds to the size of a shovel, which is part of the boiler delivery.
