- 30kW ecological gasification boiler for wood - DREVOPLYN with exhaust fan and cooling loop
It is designed for burning wood using the principle of gasification with the use of an exhaust fan (S), which draws off flue gases from the boiler.
The boiler body is made as a welded structure from high-quality steel sheets of thickness 3 to 8 mm. It includes a fuel hopper (6 mm thick), which is equipped with a gasification nozzle with a longitudinal opening for the passage of flue gases and gases at the bottom. The afterburning chamber below it is equipped with ceramic refractory bricks for ideal combustion of all combustible substances with high efficiency and environmentally friendly combustion. At the rear part of the boiler body is a vertical flue gas channel, which is equipped with a firebox door at the top. The upper part of the flue gas channel is equipped with an exhaust collar for connection to a chimney.
