- 25kW ecological gasification boiler for wood – GENERATOR with ceramic lining, draft fan and cooling loop

 – the GENERATOR type is characterised by a special firebox, which is lined with ceramic blocks on both sides, with holes in the lower part for the supply of preheated primary air, a gasification nozzle with holes for the supply of secondary air and a lower combustion chamber with a spherical ceramic space. It is designed for wood combustion based on the principle of gasification using a draft fan (S), which extracts flue gases from the boiler.

The boiler body is made as a welded construction from high-quality steel sheets of thickness 3 to 8 mm. It includes a fuel hopper (6 mm thick), which is equipped with a gasification nozzle with a longitudinal hole for the passage of flue gases and gases in the lower part. The combustion chamber below it is equipped with ceramic blocks for ideal combustion of all combustible substances with high efficiency and environmentally friendly combustion. In the rear part of the boiler body, there is a vertical flue channel, which is equipped with a firebrick flap in the upper part. The upper part of the flue channel is equipped with a flue collar for connection to a chimney.
