- 25kW most modern wood-burning condensing boiler – DOKOGEN KOMFORT with automatic ignition and ACD04 ecotermic control with touch display 

 - Dokogen boilers are characterised by a special combustion chamber, lined on both sides with ceramic bricks, with openings in the lower part for preheated primary air supply, a gasification nozzle with openings for secondary air supply and a lower combustion chamber with a spherical ceramic space. The rear flue channel is equipped with a tubular heat exchanger.

Gasification of wood (reverse burning) followed by combustion of wood gas in the ceramic combustion chamber ensures optimal combustion of all combustible substances. Air supply and combustion process are controlled by an exhaust fan. This allows for quick ignition of the boiler and good combustion even from the start. Flame temperature is 1000 – 1250 °C. Reverse combustion and the ceramic combustion chamber allow for practically perfect combustion with minimal harmful emissions. The boilers meet the limits for an Eco-friendly product.

Automatic ignition is used for immediate or scheduled boiler start-up according to a time program (e.g. before coming home or arriving at a cottage), or according to the temperature of the storage tank. Fuel ignition is very fast (approx. 5 min) and allows you to arrive already "in the heat".
Simple and quick start-up is ensured by an ignition coil using a small amount of pellets (a handful).
Between the top and bottom doors, there is an integrated automatic wood ignition device (a chamber with a 500W heating coil). High-quality wooden pellets are used for ignition, which fill the chamber. The amount of pellets corresponds to the size of a shovel, which is part of the boiler delivery.
