-150kW ecological gasification boiler for wood – DREVOPLYN with exhaust fan and cooling loop

It is designed for wood combustion based on the principle of gasification using an exhaust fan (S), which removes flue gases from the boiler.
The boiler body is made as a welded construction from high-quality steel sheets of thickness 3 to 8 mm. It includes a fuel hopper (6 mm thick), which is equipped with a gasification nozzle with a longitudinal opening for the passage of flue gases and vapours in the lower part. The combustion chamber below it is equipped with ceramic refractory bricks for ideal combustion of all combustible substances with high efficiency and environmentally friendly combustion. In the rear part of the boiler body is a vertical flue gas channel, which is equipped with a firebox door at the top. The upper part of the flue gas channel is equipped with an exhaust collar for connection to a chimney.
