ATMOS DP25PX is delivered as a complete unit with an integrated conveyor, pellet storage tank with a volume of 215 L 
and pellet burner ATMOS A25

Its compact design allows installation in small boiler rooms.

The boiler is designed for electronically controlled pellet combustion with automatic fuel ignition. The pellet burner is built into the front part of the boiler in the door of the lower combustion chamber. This chamber is lined with ceramic refractory bricks for ideal flame combustion with high efficiency and also serves as an ash storage area. In the rear part of the boiler, a tubular heat exchanger is mounted with segmented baffles that allow for coarse (operational) cleaning without the need to remove them.
The boiler body is constructed as a welded structure from steel sheets with a thickness of 3 – 5 mm. It is thermally insulated from the outside with mineral wool and sibral insulation, placed under the sheet metal covers of the outer casing of the boiler.
A fuel tank is located at the top part of the boiler, from which pellets are transported to the burner via a screw conveyor. Fuel dosing is fully automatic. In the front part of the boiler, there is a panel with a main switch, a pellet burner switch for cleaning purposes, an operational thermostat, a safety thermostat, a thermometer, and a 6.3 A fuse.
Boiler D25 PX is equipped with an exhaust fan.
The boiler is not equipped with a cooling loop to prevent overheating, because due to the small amount of fuel in the burner, there is no risk of boiler overheating in the event of a power failure.
